Designed and shipped the greenfield 511 traffic system (PGC Trip) with React, Express, and FastAPI microservices on AWS. Drove all AI initiatives — NLP traffic search, AI auditing for security/a11y/i18n, and Jira-via-MCP workflows wired into Cursor.

On the internal network infrastructure team, redesigned and implemented Glassworks — Meta's fiber optic management platform — using React, Relay, Flow, and PostgreSQL against Meta's design system, reworking the entire fiber rollout pipeline with stakeholders.

Architected the patient management system and document data lake spanning 12 clinics. Built Ionic React + Node/Express on AWS ECS/RDS/DocumentDB, plus a TensorFlow + AWS Textract ML pipeline for digitizing scanned patient records.

Led the redhat.com transition to web components and a new site-wide design system. Championed accessibility and i18n, integrated Adobe Target for A/B testing, and turned a 7–8 hour manual deploy into automated GitLab CI/CD on Docker and OpenShift.

Jan 2013 – Feb 2017 · Broomfield, CO

Worked across Vail's digital footprint — careers site redesign, the full ten-mountain resort site redesign, and the native iOS and Android app. Contributed to EpicMix Time, a release that helped Fast Company rate Vail among the top 50 most innovative companies. Primary focus on front-end, with .NET, iOS, and Android contributions.

What I build with.

Retrieval Augmented Generation with LightRAG and knowledge graphs. Vector search on MongoDB Atlas and Voyage AI. Model routing through OpenRouter and Amazon Bedrock. Python services with FastAPI and Flask, Node and Express on the edges, React on the front.

I architect end-to-end systems — from data ingestion and embedding pipelines, through model selection and prompt design, to evaluation, observability, and the MCP servers and rule sets that let other engineers extend the platform. I also run the AI auditing layer covering security, code review, accessibility, and internationalization.

Five years of hands-on ML and AI, ten years of Python, and the system architecture chops to make sure it all stays maintainable.

Automated the full lead-routing pipeline — clearing a ~3,000 lead backlog previously handled by a 6-person team. Complex rules of engagement, Salesforce integration, Firecrawl qualification searches, and a custom Salesforce MCP server that matches incoming leads against existing opportunities, accounts, and reps' active work. Saves ~$300K/year and won a Stevie AI Award (beating companies like IBM).

NLP Traffic Search

Natural-language interface over the PGC Trip 511 system. Drivers and operators query in plain English instead of crafting filter chains — an NLP layer converts input to structured queries against the live event store and returns ranked results with map context.

Prime Medical

Medical Records ML Pipeline

End-to-end pipeline for digitizing scanned patient records across 12 clinics. TensorFlow for document classification (record type, sensitivity, clinic of origin), AWS Textract for OCR and structured field extraction, with downstream normalization and cataloging into a unified document data lake the whole network can query.

Sales Discovery Briefs

Pipeline that generates discovery briefs for sales reps before discovery calls. Joins Salesforce data with web scrapes and searches to compile relevant context on the target city or municipality, generates a report, and attaches it to the Salesforce opportunity. Built in n8n; spun up the shared open-source Firecrawl server here.

AI evaluation system integrated with Gong that analyzes discovery call transcripts against the "Winning by Design" sales playbook via a RAG system. Results aggregated by rep, team, VP, and full org — giving the CSO and CMO a bird's-eye view of how the playbook is actually being run in the field.

Deep Research Platform

Research platform for the marketing team's quarterly competition review. Searches the web, filters results for alignment (e.g., excluding vendor marketing or non-government documents), and loads them into an ephemeral LightRAG knowledge graph on AWS App Runner. Documents stored in S3 so projects can be revived; outputs in multiple formats — reports, PDFs, slide decks.

AI dynamically builds classification groups and collections that users can follow to track activity spikes, organized down to the state level for regionally focused reps.
